[SOLVED] I cannot move icons around on the bar that shows up over the main taskbar after clicking on the three dots icon ?

Hello

I installed Explorer Patcher and I uninstalled later on. I do not know whether this is the cause but when I click on the three dots icon on the taskbar, I see a list of icons over the main taskbar bar and I cannot change the order of those icons, I cannot move them around. You can check what I mean on this screenshot:

If uninstalling it didn't revert the changes, you might want to consider running System Restore, to a point prior to installing the app you've mentioned.

Might I ask why you needed Explorer Patcher in the first place?

That's normal behaviour for Windows 11. It's never been possible to drag the icons to a different position in the overflow section.

Third-party "tweaking" tools may give you the functionality you desire.
