I Cannot run Games I Should be Able to Run

For some reason I cannot run games like TF2, G-MOD, and Ace of Spades. I only get about 15 fps when I run them on low. Can someone help me.
Specs: AMD A10-5745M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics Video Card AMD Radeon HD 8610G Memory 5.3 GB Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit

Hit your windows key, then type "msconfig" and press Enter. (Doesn't matter what Windows version you're on.) Then, go over to the "Startup" tab and near the bottom right click "Disable All" and reboot your machine. This will boot it up with NO extra software running (JUST the OS). You can go back into msconfig later and turn things back on whenever you like, they won't leave that list.

when I exit a game it says cyberlink power2go does not support the resolution and dpi settings, does that mean anything
 
Maybe try turning off cyberlink before you run games? Also, check the resolution in the games you're playing. Cyberlink does some really wierd stuff, and I find that it often mis-registers drivers as bad, old, or incompatible, making it seem like you have bad drivers / bad hardware.

Or, as stated above, you can create an extra partition with Windows on it to try and run it "clean."
