So I got this External HDD a few days ago and everything worked fine. But today I tried to open it and my PC just freezes (explorer). I tried to format it by right clicking on the icon but it doesnt show the Fromat tab (nor anything else)
I tried to format it with cmd but cmd wont let me type anything in after I typed "diskpart" when my drive is connected. Diskmanager doesnt load either. I tired this on 2 pcs so its defenitly the drive. What can I do to fix this? There is nothing important on the drive but it did cost me 80 bucks and I would like to use it.
