Question I can't boot bios on my pc

The last thing I did was change to Ez bios and shut down I think it auto shutdown.
Rog zenith EXTREME x399
Xmp ram 3000mz
Radeon vii
P1 ssd in u.2 slot
When booting nothing happens .
Onboard led display reads CODE 63 Check cpu.
Cant update bios.
I followed procedure but nothing
What to do now?

Have you tried resetting cmos?

Just read that . I suspect while the power is on without starting the boot . And just one press or 3 secs?

Also I haven't removed the battery and powdered pc to remove any residual charge

I reset cmos "lights go off" then used original bios usb . USB did not flash still now I have a code 68.

The second of 4 ram sticks is still out of synchronisation ( rgb glow),
no onboard cpu led or orange u.2 ssd light.

So I reinstalled bios update. The correct flashing happened. The pc started the paused a few times.
Still reads code 63 check cpu
