I can't change bios from SATA to AHCI.

I'm trying to clean Install Windows 7 Ultimate. I'm getting this error "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting this disk. Ensure that te disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu." I cannot find disk controller in the BIOS or a way to change from SATA to AHCI if that's the solution.

Go to advance boot setting in bios and there is an option to change from SATA to AHCI or vice versa.
Can you mention your motherboard make, model and bios details...
