I can't create a partion of free space of my hdd

I was formatting my D drive and I deleted my D drive and now I can't create a new volume out of that free space.... It shows an error while making a new volume..

Go to computer management, then disk management. You will see your all partitions and free space over their. Just click on that free space and click on craft a new partition and create.

it says
there is not enough space on the disk(s) to complete this operation.
But i still have 59GB free even if i create a 10MB disk then also it shows the same error

Is the unallocated space on the right of the allocated partitions or it is somehow "closed" between two allocated sectors?
If this is the case, you will need to use some kind of a third party partition manager. Keep in mind that it may be a good idea to back up your most crucial data stored on the drive before that.
