I can't do anything with my new Hard Drive

I just bought a new 1 TB HDD because I'm low on space on my main drive. However it doesn't show up in File Explorer. It shows up as "Disk 0 - Unallocated" in Disk Management but I still can't do anything with it.

Right click on the large space to the right. It should give you a context menu, with the option of 'New Simple Volume'.
