I cant download no exe files

Hello,
I am having trouble opening all .exe files in windows 7. I don't have a virus protection. I had it before I did a system restore, and had a free version of avg. It is now gone and now I cannot get any antivirus dowloads what soever. What do I do?

Ok...I tried the first one and I got this message "trj682.exe contained a virus and was deleted. I tried the second one and got this message "the same message only it started with advisorinstaller.exe contained a virus and was deleted. I have a question. When I did the safe mode with networking, it ran down a kist a files, and was showing system 32. Does this mean my laptop is a x32-bit? I am confused and frustrated

OK click start than on the right click on the Control panel and than click System and in the middle it will show what u have installed.

1. Can u transfer your files on the USB drive or something else to back up them if we erase the drive?
