Solution
Maybe try v1.80 rather than beta. Clear cmos afterwards to be sure.

Had some help and directed me to another thread similar to yours. https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...urations-in-bios-asrock-b75m-gl-r2-0.2840312/

From what we can make of it is it seems a common issue with that board.

See how you go with v1.80 if you get around to it. Or try clear cmos with your current version, then do again with 1.80.

Just in case Asrock moved igpu multi monitor else where, check everywhere.

And maybe folks at Asrock forums might be able to help.

Yes there will be an update utility in Bios. Put bios file on fat32 formatted usb stick (no folders or zipped) and run the utility. Follow any instructions from Asrock's site regarding order of Bios versions if any, they'll elaborate if such actions are required. Manual will also have information how to update bios as well if you get stuck.

I can’t boot computer without external graphic card
Light of the keyboard and mouse works but monitor can’t detect computer

When you remove the GPU (GTS 250) away form the PC, Did you plug the display (monitor) into the right port on the motherboard back panel, and with the right cable ? (Try removing the PC power cable from the wall and then press the power button a few times to discharge any resident power inside the PC, after that try to turn it on again without the GTS 250).
