Question I can't figure out why I am getting such massive and frequent frame rate drops ?

This is a benchmark for Forza 5. I've never seen something like this. I run MSFS 2020 with higher rates and no issues. Any idea on why this is happening?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Can you please include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model? BIOS version for your motherboard? If you're on Windows 10, please mention the version(not edition) of the OS. As for your GPU, does the issue crop up with other titles outside of Forza Horizon 5?
