I can't find iTunes in the Add or Remove Program in the control panel

Hello, My version of iTunes is corrupt and an error message appears when i open it saying that it was downloaded incorrectly. I can't delete and reinstall as I cannot find it in the Add or Remove Program screen. I also want to find it to see if I can repair it instead of reinstalling and wasting time. My Itunes Version is 11 the newest up date for windows vista.

Have you tried simply downloading a new copy and installing over the existing one to repair it?
It has to be worth a try - it should restore the missing entry in Programs & Features too.
