[SOLVED] I can't get my old GPU out.

Anyone know how I could get this one out? So I can put my new one in?

So I just installed the new GPU, fixed the fan problem, and on my monitor it says “Please enter setup to recover BIOS setting.” I don’t want to mess anything up, so I was wondering what to do from here?

How do you do that? I went into BIOS, and when I press exit it just puts me back into BIOS.

you should also move the gpu to the top slot as well for much better thermals , sticking it to the PSU shroud is only going to cause thermal throttling
