Question I can't get my pc to post with my ram

So i've struggled with this issue for a couple of weeks now and so i have decided to ask the internet gurus for help.
Specs:
Cpu: Ryzen 7 2700x
Mobo: x470 asus prime pro
Ram: g.skill trident z rgb 3600mhz 32gb 4x8

Before, i had the vengeance rgb pro RAM but i figured since it wasn't on the QVL list that, that was the problem. So the issue is that i can't get my pc to post with the d.o.c.p profile at 3600mhz. The highest i can get them to is 3400mhz.
Any solutions? I would really like to get the maximum out of each stick or i would just buy 2x16 3600mhz and 2 dead sticks.

Running at 3400 vs 3600 isn't going to be game changing performance wise so its not the end of the world.


But you could try and update your BIOS if its not the latest version that is and see if it improves.

I mean, im planning to do a lot of editing and gaming etc. So it definetly will up its performance. Im also running the newest bios version
