Hey,
I have an ASUS B450-F Mainboard with a Ryzen 7 2700x and 16 GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX for 3200MHz. My problem is that it won't run over a frequency over 2800 MHz. I've already enabled the D.O.C.P Overclocking with the settings as seen in my first picture below. When I set the frequency over 2800 MHz I get the following screen after a few failed booting attempts. I would love to get some help : )
Specs:
CPU - Ryzen 7 2700x
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200 Mhz C16
Mainboard: ASUS ROG Strix B450-F
Power Supply: Corsair TX650M

Don't know if this will help since you didn't list the exact ram kit model.

This is the link from a Techpowerup thread

If you can return the ram and want a ram kit that runs Very Well on your mobo at it's rated speed as my friends does with a 3800x then look at this kit.

I have 2 different sets of these kits 1 currently running on a Asus rog ch7 with a 2600x.
And had the other kit on a Msi b450 pro carbon ac running a r5 3600.
The kit that was with the 3600 was on my Asus rog strix x470...

The kit that was with the 3600 was on my Asus rog strix x470 f gaming that originally had the 2600x.
I had No issue's on any of the 3 systems running that kit at it's rated speed and is Samsung Bdie.

Have you tried manually entering timings and setting the frequency with a LITTLE voltage increase say by +.02v to 1.37v

Also there's no picture you mentioned.
