Question I cant get my slot B1 and B2 to work on my X570 Aorus Elite Wifi Mobo

So I recently got my gigabyte aorus elite wifi motherboard from a close friend when he wanted to upgrade into an expensive pc. After the problem with slots B1 and B2 I asked him if the slots were not working at the time he had it he said no It worked and I trust him and I remember it worked when he had it. I updated the bios and I still couldn't get it to work afther that I found out an issue could be if it got dirty or something was in it so I got my strong vacuum with the small tube attachments and vacuumed it as well as brushing it with the plastic pc cleaner kit brush I have it didnt work so I got a cotton swab with alcohol and tried to clean it and that didnt work either. So sadly now I'm stuck with single-channel ram.

I would try to RMA it, just get his receipts and stuff. Or have him RMA it for you if needed.
