Question I can't get the RAM to run at 3200Mhz ?

Ram: PVS416G320C6K (Hynix)
Mobo: H610M DDR4 REV 1.2
CPU: I3 12100F
GPU: Gtx 960

So this is the problem, i can't boot with xmp and manually just got 2800 16 20 20 40 64 and i was able to boot 1 time at 3200 after using xmp on Easy Tune, obviously after a restart it won't boot again.

Any suggestion?

Set latencies to 16-20-20-40 (XMP 3200mhz latency values)
Set DDR voltage to 1.35V.
Set Command rate to 1T.
Set DDR frequency to 2133mhz.
Test.

Then increase DDR frequency gradually and test after each step - 2400, 2600, 2800,2933,3000,3200.
When test fails, then return to previous value, that worked.

i ended doing it manually cause let MHZ on manual lead to warning and load defaults.
if i do 2700 save and exit it boot the i restart and i do 2800 i will boot at 2800 15-15-15-30-45 without problems!!!!, so thats the limit

no problem. Its been awhile, but my few tricks 25 years ago still work.

even though its not the speed you wanted, its the speed the ram wants to go with the whole.

Kind of goes with the saying: The whole is greater than the sum of its pieces.

now the next step up in overclocking is increasing the bus in 10 Mhz increments. But you better have good cooling if you want to do that.

So i think it's not working as an expression to mean something else, anyways, you mean i should do 2800 16-20-20-40 and just accept as a fact that i can't gent 3200 or even similar?

well its not like 5-5-5-10-20. That would be aggressive. But the processor, ram and motherboard is not cherry picked from a stack of them either.

That's what manufacturer has specified. I didn't just pull those settings out of my a$$, you know.

so that is where you getting it from.
But its great to start with any notes from the manufacturer too 😉

Overclock timing with XMP 2.0 enabled Tested Timings: 16-18-18-16

I started with conservative general timing ratio of 1-1-1-2-3 for cas 15 but trying this ratio with 16 would have been a better start since its the advertised cas level if you can't get the above info.

Well i lefted it on 2800 15-15-15-30-45, but it take a long time for start, so i supposed that mean like you said that it's not stable at all, so i think that lower it to a point when it boot at first try (2500-2600) or like you said letting it on xmp (16-20-20-40-64) but 2800 would be the choice right?
