[SOLVED] I can't identify sticker/label from desktop PC ?

Hello everyone, first time post so hope I am doing so correctly.
I opened a recently purchased old Fujitsu Esprimo D556/2/E85+ SSF for general inspection purposes. On closing casing I noticed a sticker on the floor. It either fell off the back of the casing or off something internally. I would like to identify it in case it relates to a part number or similar. I cannot see where it was originally attached. It has a barcode and YMEB129571 B318800122, it measures 35mm x 10mm. I have attached a link
