I Cant Install OS :'( in this Particular Laptop

HP PAVILION DM4
I3 2310
4GB MEMORY
500GB HDD
NO GPU

i MADE A BOOTABLE USB DRIVE (WINDOWS 8)
Problem i'm facing....

-->Loading Bar Loops after...Pressing Install now...

Facing Same Problem With...

Windows 7,Windows 8 ...DVD too

and when i try to load my OS...it shows following Results
1.Auto repair...after few minutes..BLACK SCREEN
2.Loading bar..later Black Screen..

P.S : i didnt Hear any BEEp Sounds too

Please Help me to Resolve this Issue.

Reset BIOS defaults
Run hardware tests with Ultimate Boot CD (found here: https://mega.co.nz/#!F58SxQ5K!AFDVs25nQ_vN-k4xc298MTre8Gg41U1EkIeH_UJsaHA)

Solved now....
==>>Performed Disk wiping with...UBCD...Stopped at 1 Percent only...😀 coz it said 3 hours..
later .i tried installing 8 with usb.....it worked...Fine...
