I just reinstalled Windows XP and all the window sizes are huge. I've tried
changing the screen resolution but for some reason it won't let me change it
at all. If somebody knows how to fix this please let me know how. Thank you

Install the appropriate drivers for your video card and monitor.
You're probably using generic ones which limit you to 800x600..

Are you saying that you can't change the screen resolution either? You might
have to install video drivers separately. If you have a motherboard CD that
came with your computer check to see if it has the drivers you need. Or you
may have to visit the manufacture's site to download drivers for your card.
