The only way that I can see my temperature is going into BIOS, but I want to monitor temperature without BIOS. I have tried Speedfan, Core temp, and hardware monitor but it says my cpu isn't compatible. Is there a way to monitor my temps?

Do not waste your time.
I have the same CPU as yours. In every software program it says I have more than 105º (idle) while on the BIOS it says is 30-40º (idle).
The temperature measuring is not working properly in these chips. Got exactly same issue with a x4 740.

I have the same cpu with the same issue. In HWMonitor, under the "AMD Athlon X4" dropdown section, the "package temperature" reads as ~105C while under load with a moderate OC. Without an OC, it runs ~90C at load. Both values seem pretty hot right, but why I am I actually able to touch the main block of the CPU cooler without burning myself? (I have a CM TPC 612 cooler) On my MSi A88XM Gaming mobo there are three other temperature sensors which are under a different dropdown section in HWMonitor. For me, these are: TMPIN0, TMPIN1, and TMPIN2. After some adjustments to the auto CPU fan profile in the BIOS, I have figured out that the temperature shown in the BIOS is labelled as TMPIN0 in HWMonitor. Messing around with OC's also proves my point, where non-OCed at load is ~47C and OCed at load is ~55C. Idle temps are ~35C for everything.

The "at load" parts were tested with IntelBurnTest and the clocks specified were with the stock 3.8GHz and an OC of 4.4GHz.
