I Cant Pass through UEFI BIOS UTILITY, PLEASE HELP!

Hi Guys I have been stuck on this Setting (UEFI BIOS UTILITY) Yesterday i had experienced being stucked at Press Del or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS Settings. What i did is i do is take off usb that are plugged in my PC and it works. However when i open again my PC today. I was stucked at the settings of UEFI BIOS UTILITY. I pretty did almost all and it driving me crazy. My desktop is just a 2 months old and im not a Computer Wizard. Any one please help me..I have i5 7400 GPU and GTX1050 (Bios Ver.3402) Any suggestion how would this fix is very much appreciated.

What is your motherboard and what HDD's are you using?

my motherboard is ASUS H110M-E that a model i think. Sorry i'm really im not familiar with computers part as this is my first time buying a PC.
Here are the info i can get from the Bios Settings:
H110m-E/m.2 BIOS Ver.3402
Inter(R) Core(TM)i5-7400 CPU @e.00GHz
Speed: 3000MHz
Memory: 8192 MB (DDR4 2400MHz)

Hope this is sufficient enough so you could hep me fix this. Thank you.

Also I can see on Advanced HDD/SSD Smart information Tab on Bios: ST1000DM010-2EP102

I would like to know what hard drive or SSD you have Windows on? You PC does not seem to be finding Windows when it boots up, so you get stuck at Press Del or F2 to enter the UEFI BIOS. Can you not get into the BIOS?
