I am on a z490 platform with an RTX 30 series..
CSM is OFF in the bios and the settings 4G decoding to enable Resizeable BAR to Auto has been enabled, Still didn't work.
I don't have BIOS flashback so I risked updating my BIOS to an even newer version, same thing.

What else can I do to have it enabled?

It will be a lot of help if you listed full system specs and OS version (I can see it's win11, is it fully updated?).
What bios version were you using and what are you on right now?
Thank you.

The specs are
10700K
RTX 3080
32GB 3200Mhz
Z490 Gaming X - F21 BIOS
Nvidia Driver 516.59 (June 2022)
Windows 11 Pro 21H2

I found this, I have the second one 2020-10-25. but there is newer one.

Please note:
You can only update to a VBIOS version of the same series.Visual C++2008 is required for this BIOS flash.
If your VBIOS version is:
F1, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F2-F9.
F10, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F11-F19.
F20, it can only be updated with VBIOS versions F21-F29.

now how to recognize which vbios version you have now

open GPU-Z

open Advanced tab and right below the tabs you will find a dropdown menu, set that from General to NVIDIA BIOS and look under Message for a string, similar to this one:

Message GV-N3080EAGLE-10GD/F20/0B4B

F20 here is vbios version, in this case vbios F22 would be used

So, I downloaded the f21 version of the VBIOS, it worked this time and it asked me to reboot, but I don't think it's been updated?
