I cant talk in games.

I just built my gaming pc and it works great and i can hear sounds and watch movies but i cannot talk into it. I am using urbeats with inline mic and remote and they work on my laptop but not om my computer. i tried updating drivers and everything. I don't have a separate sound card just what was built into my motherboard; msi gaming 7

Did you right-click the audio icon (lower right in System Tray) then go into RECORDING devices to see if the microphone is present and enabled?

Are you certain you have the correct jack on the motherboard? It's often the PINK one.

Im using the jack on the front. Nothing shows up in recording devices
