Question i cant use my storage ony hard drive

i have an ssd that has windows and a 2nd 2 tb hard drive, however i can't find it when i go into program files. i went to cmd and it shows it as being a drive.

Might want to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Have you tried using Disk Management to see if the drive is visible there and with your partitions intact?(I'm assuming that you're on Windows and you've got previous files/partitions on the 2TB drive)
