I Can't Use Nvidia?

Well first let me state that my MOBO is a little outdated as an X-58 but whenever i try to put in a newer Nvidia card my computer goes wacky with black screens and freezes and i deleted the other drivers fine.

Ive gone through 2 sets of nvidias, 2 gtx 460's in SLI and 1 560ti. When i put in my radeon 4890 it works fine, im thinking its my motherboard because of the newer cards PCI slots?

My Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.66Ghz
PSU: Kingwin Lazer 1000w
RAM: 6gb DDR3 Kingston XMS3
Current Card: ATI Radeon 4890 (Works fine) =/
Motherboard: MSI X-58 Pro-E
Case: NZXT Lexa-S

In which slot do you use the 460/560 ? You do have 3 pcie 2.0x16 slots i believe ( light blue ones ) so the cards should work.

yes, in those slots....... its extremely annoying i dont know what the problem is

I would say you don't have your Nvidia drivers installed. Do you?

Did you disable the onboard GPU?
