i change my cpu from intel to ryzen to ryzen5 1600 and my games are crashing

Hello guys so i switched from intel to amd to the ryzen 1600 and i tested games and they run perfect but all of my games are crashing what can it cause it? all of drivers are updated
GPU: Nvidia EVGA GTX1060
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2
RAM: 4GB Corsair DDR4 Value +Crucial 4GB DDR4 2133MHZ both
MOBO: ASROCK B350M PRO 4
SSD(OS) :MICRON 1100 256GB
SSD: Team L3 60GB
OS: Windows 10
Case: Aerocool Aero 500
HDD: 1TB WD,500GB TOSHIBA
PSU : Corsair VS550

yea i have tried both of them and yes i have reinstalled the os when im playing games the image freezes and the sound and then continues

Hello,

when your game crashes what happens? Are there any error messages?
Make sure your antivirus and firewall are not interfering. Disable them and then try.

If that doesnt work try this:

Im not saying you have viruses, Im saying disable the antivirus and firewall for a few moments and see if the game crashes then

Define "crashing." Is it just the game crashing back to the desktop? If so, is the desktop still perfectly usable or does it too have glitches? Or do you mean full system freezing that requires a hard reboot?

So what is crashing exactly? Is it software? Are you getting BSODs? Is it hardware? Are you gett3ing full system shut downs? Are you getting any exception errors? If so what errors are you getting?

im crashing to desktop it says that my app has stopped working no errosr gettings

SOLVED=1 OF MY RAMS WAS INCOMPTABLE with my motherboard so i went and bought 1 of the athore ram stick who were compatible and test it and SEEMS FINE played some games for few hours no crashes thx for sujests
