[SOLVED] I changed ram frequency

I changed ram frequency from 1600 MHz to 3600 MHz and pc don't boot.It is showing a black screen.What should I do?

You mean 1600mhz as programs like CPU-z would identify or 1600mhz as rated speed? (DDR ram transfers data twice as much in a given time, hence the confusion).
What motherboard do you have? It may not support 3600mhz memory.

Never do RAM overclocking in big steps. Also if your PC wont boot then try clearing cmos.

Take out your CMOS battery and put it back in. This will reset the frequency

You will be severly restricted on Ram frequency with a A320 chipset. Depending on the cpu you might be stuck to 2400 or 2666.

Try to enter the bios and reset the settings, just to make sure.
Your motherboard supports up to 2666mhz, or 3200mhz with OC (I assume this is the speed you were running initially).

When I turn on the pc it just show me a black screen on the monitor and on my keyboard I can't turn on the caps lock or the num lock

Try to change the output on the graphics card. If you cpu has integrated graphics, try to boot from the motherboard.
If that doesn't work, try to reseat the ram.

What I meant was to connect the monitor to an output on the motherboard (sorry for the confusion).

So the problem isn't because i changed the ram from 1600 Mhz to 3600Mhz in the BIOS settings?

I initially thought that. I now understand that you're having problems getting an output. Hence, I that something happended with graphics, but now I realise it's unlikely.
That being said, it happened to me before that my computer won't boot, but a simple ram reseat to help. That, and the memory overclocking issue, is why I suggest this trick.

My bad, I didn't explained what i do.I entered the BIOS settings and I changed the memory frequency from 1600 mhz to 3600 mhz not the ram frequency
