I changed the tip of my Huion drawing tablet's pen and now it won't work. Help??

After loosing the tip to my drawing tablet, I replaced it and now the pen won't work.

Are you sure that you have the correct replacement? Could the replacement be defective?

Can you test the pen on another system? Do other pens work on your tablet?

See if the problem follows the pen or the drawing tablet.

Did you change anything else: e.g., update any related drivers or software?

Need to narrow things down a bit.
