I closed Desktop Window Manager(I think) In task manager like an idiot and now I can't alt tab or open start menu.

Was an idiot and saw a program in task manager called desktop window manager(I think) and shut it down even after task manager told me it might fuck windows up. Well it did and now I cannot alt tab or open the start menu. Restarting didn't help.

Advice?

In the task manager, click File -> Run new task and then type in "explorer" without the quotations and then click Ok and see if that works.
