750W is the advertised wattage of the unit while gold is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating, what is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

You might need to elaborate on this. Did you change the PSU 3 months prior to today?

What games are you taxing the system with? Where did you source said game's installers? What OS are you on? Do you have any overclocks on the system you're working with now? How are you cooling the processor? BIOS version for your motherboard? Make and model of your case and the orientation and number of fans inside said case? What GPU were you on prior to the RTX3080?

That suggests that it is the gpu that is overheating.
What is the make/model of your case?
What is the fan arrangement?
What is your cpu cooler?
What is your room temperature while gaming?

I don't know how to share a screenshot with you, but on Escape from Tarkov, my CPU is around 65-50 degrees and my GPU is also around 65-50 degrees. The game is set to maximum quality settings, and my PC crashes after about 3 minutes of playing. My CPU cooler is a be quiet! Probably, but I always check my temperatures, and they’re always fine for both the GPU and CPU. I’ve even tried limiting my CPU to see if that helps, but I still crash. Some games I play only crash if I set the quality too high. For example, in CS

I have no issues on low settings, but on medium, after 1 to 2 hours, I crash
