I used to have 2 problems with my win 7 PC

#1.Windows service failed to load
#2.Windows profile could not be loaded

I tried all sort of repair and etc but nothing fixed so i tried online helps where they said delete profile or reset.....now i just deleted my account's profile from regedit "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList"

now after deletion i have realized my picture and my notepads having some of my contact info are were all enrypted now i cant decrypt from the new cleaned profile at all. always says "Failed to read/copy attribute"

also i dont understand its not even a new account that i created so why is encryption failing? i want my files back plz anyone.

How can i recover these files? anyone? i really would like to restore it back.

Solution
if you create a new admin accout you should be able to take ownership of the files and then decrypt them.

how to take ownership of a file or folder https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753659(v=ws.11).aspx

how to remove a windows profile

Log in as different user (with admin privileges) than you want to delete
•Open Properties for Computer
•Advanced system settings (on the left side)
•Settings for User Profiles (in the middle)
•Select the profile you want to delete and click the delete button
Every account created is given a sid (unique identifier), without the sid (your original account) the files cannot be decrypted. WIthout the original profile and the original sid used to encrypt the files, the files will not be decrypted unless you specified a security agent when encrypting and saved that information.

Solution
If you used EFS to encrypt the files, did not export the encryption certificates for safe keeping when prompted, then deleted the profile, the contents of those files are now permanently out of your reach. EFS encryption is very good at its job and there are no back doors.

Worked! the new account creation worked! so much thanks! damn i had my contact i cant say how relived i am now! the win 7 updates are really messing with windows still i have the profile problem its not gone but atleast decrypting files worked.
