Question I desperately need help

So my computer has problems playing downloaded videos so i just opened device managers and i looked for an update for my driver and i clicked search for updates and apparently it found one?? and i didnt even know and my screen glitches like it was all pixels and now my screen is blank. what the did i just do and how do i fix it?? Do i turn off my pc im scared? I didnt mean to update it i just wanted to know if i had one. my graphics card is a amd rx 460

I dont know what driver it updated i clicked “search for driver online” and it did it automatically.
