Question I did a Windows Refresh on my SSD and now my PC always freezes ?

Remove discrete graphics card and try with integrated graphics instead.

Check cpu temperatures.

I'd also suspect your Kingston A400. Try installing windows on a different drive, if possible.
I checked cpu temps and they’re good.

If I install windows on my hdd, do I have to wipe it?

Even though my screen is frozen, I can still hear people on discord, but I cant do thinks like remove rgb from keyboard

If you do a legitimate "clean install", you would NOT deliberately "wipe it".

You would instead delete all partitions on the drive early in the install process from your USB drive installer, when those partitions are first shown to you. Put a checkmark on each you want to delete.

Windows would then install itself to the remaining "unallocated space".

Does that mean that i dont have to delete any partitions?
