thanks for the answer, whats the best way to see how my pc does under load? also for benchmark is it better to play a game and see what happens?

just added couple new things to my pc and wanted to make sure it runs properly.

Running furmark on the GPU, and prime or aida on the CPU are good ways to test the stability of your system and your cooling solutions. Shorter tests that aren't likely to push temps to max are good for seeing how far a system could be pushed. You can run something like Heaven or Superposition benchmarks to see how your system will game, you can also let those loop to see your max temps during gaming which will often be lower than a furmark/prime combo test.

thanks, i did cpu - z stress test and valley for gpu. cpu max temp was 67 C, and gpu was 69. plus i live in Fl,
the room temp is around 78 - 79 F, idk if that effects much.
average frame rate was 71
