I did lose my phone and how i can report?

Hello, My name Anilu Sherwood I live in el Paso, Texas. I did go today to the bus Metro go to the downtown then i walked then somehow i couldnt find my phone so its may i did leave by where i sit the bus, and the bus number is #35 (649) I not sure but i remma the first i use the bus. But i did called the bus and didnt find so i dont know if could check the bus from the video if who did stole it.
My phone is LG QUANTUM C900 and its all Black with back Purple with green paint.
