I DO have internet access but windows shows not connected. How to fix?

Internet works perfectly fine but windows doesn't recognize it. Any ideas?

Yes, I think it does.

can you PING the router?

can you PING 206.13.30.12?

can you PING www.yahoo.com?

Yes, however I think it loses packets when pinging yahoo.
