my problem is that basically all the games are slow having half or more of the fps than before, I can not even play age of empires 2 is ridiculous. the first guilty that I thought was the gpu but there is something that catches my attention and is that the motherboard, the cpu and the gpu are at very low temperatures, I made a test to the cpu working 100% and does not exceed 45 degrees , the motherboard does not exceed 30 degrees and gpu does not exceed 50 degrees. when the cpu was good at least the 3 compose tapeworms at least 20 degrees more and stable temperatures. I clarify that my gpu was done overcloking but if it hurts something I do not know if it's the gpu or the motherboard ... thanks

Monitor you cpu frequency when gaming or testing the cpu and see if the clock speed is dropping or low(~1.4Ghz). HWinfo or cpu-z is a good way to monitor the cpu's frequency.

Wrong, it very well could be a problem with the VRMs on the motherboard. VRM throttling is a common problem with many AM3+ boards especially as they age.
