I don't have a CD of my router

Hi. I got a old router by my friend but here's the problem..i can't make it working since he hasn't CD that includes whatever that router needs so i can set him run..
It's TP-LINK TL-WR340G Ver 2.26. Any help how should i make it go?

Google how to do a factory reset. Then get the users guide which should tell you what the default IP address, login and password are.

I know the IP adress and login and that stuff but it i have to install some drivers or something because i can't just type ip adress to browser because page won't load with administrator stuff..

Assuming your router is connected to a PC by Ethernet cable then you do not need a driver for the router

Sometimes there is a setup program to use instead of logging into router &
Giving admin user name and password

If you are not at default setting the setup program probably won't work

Which was why you were advised to follow factory reset procedure

The only time I needed a driver for internet access was for a USB internet modem

Well, there is some Easy Setup Assistant, but it fails to check network status after i give admin user name and password
