I don't have administrator right to my pc

Whenever I try to do something on my pc it pops up ""to continue, enter admin user name and password'' only option there is ''no''
I only have 1 user in my pc i dleted all the files because im selling it. I doesn't let me reset because when i do and push Reset now black screen will appear and i cant do anything. I have tried all the solutions but i don't have any admin rights and i cant do anything.

I presume when you say you "deleted all the files you mean all your personal files. If that's the case, simply right-click on the Start logo and select "Command Prompt (admin). When you get the prompt, type in "net user administrator /active:yes" and press enter. Exit the command prompt and restart the system. Upon startup you will see an icon for the administrator account. Click it to log in as the administrator. If you never messed with the administrator account when you first set up your machine the administrator account will not have a password. It should either start up automatically or you will simply have to press Enter. Hope that helps.
