Question I dont have argb headers and want to get argb fans

I really want some nice rgb fans in my system and im planning to buy the thermaltake c12c-s X3 and i dont have argb headers what can i do? my motherboard is Asus Prime B450m-a

They don't require the motherboard to have one. The controller box interfaces to the computer typically via the USB header.

Note that the Thermaltake products linked above are for control of BOTH fan motors and fan lights, AND that they are designed for use with Thermaltake ARGB fans that use NON-standard connectors.

is designed for control of ARGB LIGHTS only (not the motors) on "standard" ARGB Fans, although it has the ability to accept control signals from a mobo header IF you have one. It requires a connection to a mobo USB2 header (cable supplied) and you must download and use a free software utility from Cooler Master that uses this USB connection to communicate with the Controller box.

Another possibility from RAZER with similar capabilties, but does not allow input of signals from a mobo ARGB header (which you don't have, anyway), and uses Razer's own software utility.
