Hello,

First of all, I'm sorry if there is a post where you had this issue taken care of, but I couldn't find it.

I have a D-Link DWR 921 router and I don't have Port Forwarding option. I saw another D-Link Settings Panel and there was Port Forwarding.

I tried calling Customer Service from the store I've bought it, but they didn't know about Port Forwarding at all.

Can you, please, help me with this?

Thanks,

Vlad

That router calls the function virtual server. Still the only reason you have a router like this is because you are getting your internet via wireless broadband like LTE. In most cases the ISP does not actually give you a real routable IP address. So even though you can setup port forwarding their likely is another NAT router the ISP controls that needs to have ports forwarded and you have no access to that.

It varies greatly from ISP to ISP there are a small number that give out routeable ip when you are using a data appliance rather than a phone. I guess all you can do is try and see if it works.
