I don't have the KB3035583 update in my Windows Update List

I want to upgrade to windows 10. However I don't have the KB3035583 update in my Windows Update List.

check for updates.
it should then show up. if it doesnt then check hidden updates and if still not there then upgrade to sp1 for win 7 or 8.1 for win 8
check updates after and it should then show up.
