Question I don't hear voices in games ?

ive been having issues with this for a past month, i dont hear dialog in games when using my hyperx cloud 2 headhpones which are connected via USB. But when i use my 2nd monitor or speakers i hear the dialog.
I dont know what to do.

If you're using Windows OS, uninstall the headset's USB driven sound card from Device Manager. Reboot and then let the OS reinstall the driver. You could check and see if your motherboard is pending any BIOS updates prior to tinkering with the drivers.

i had those same headphones. try another usb cord and check to see if windows is using the right driver. rightclick speaker icon and see if windows is using the right output driver.

my bios is updated and i already did deleted everything and even downloaded drivers from my motherboards website nothing fixed it

Ground connection of your headphones is broken.
Either fix audio cable or replace the headset.
