Sorry didn't post that right idk if my sentey psu will run a i72600 and a r9 380 since idk about amps like my friend says no way my psu pushes 41.5 amps and my gpu requires 28amps I think

Is that your PSU?

Well, basically yes, you can run that card with that PSU, BUT... Note that your PSU is more likely a low end PSU. I should remind you that do not cheap out on PSU, it's like a heart inside your body.
Get a quality PSU like Antec, Corsair, OCZ.
