For PSU a good quality 450w unit like the xfx 450w would work well and allow further upgrades to something like an r7 260x or gtx 750ti. The EVGA 430W or 500B would also be good budget options as would anything by Seasonic

How come you're spending so much of your budget on the case? This PC will barely be able to play games at low settings as the graphics card and CPUs are low end (especially the gpu) at the very least you should try and include a gtx 650 or r7 250x for playable gaming
