I don't think one of my fans are working

My pc can run games fine but when I feel the top of the case, only one part of it is hot whilst the other is cold and I feel like it's not working, my fan is a h80i or h100i I can't remember, please help my case is a cooler master haf X

The H100i is a dual fan 240mm CLC (the H80i is a single fan unit).
It should be pretty obvious of one of the fans are not working.
Since your case has a clear side panel, you should be able to see if the fans are both spinning by just glancing at it.
In theory the unit should still provide adequate cooling with just one fan working, but why take the risk?
Try re-seating the fan cables on the pump and see if there is a change
