I downloaded Windows 8.1 and installed on my computer I have built via USB. I can't find any option to install 64-bit instead

I downloaded Windows 8.1 and installed on my computer I have built via USB. I can't find any option to install 64-bit instead of 32-bit. The installer is called OSGS14-WindowsSetupBox-32bitand64bit-English-4141408 so I presumed I can install 64-bit this way. Anyone know how to do this?

You have to download using a PC with 64bit Architecture to get 64bit OS...
