[SOLVED] I dropped alcohol on my MacBook Pro HELP

I have my MacBook Pro 13” Model A1278 but I accidentally dropped alcohol to my computer, on the right side, I shut it down, but then I turned it on and it went crazy. My keyboard isn't working properly and it's even turning on by itself. Do I have to wait for it to dry? Or what should I do?

What kind of alcohol?

If this wasn't pure alcohol, you made a huge mistake turning on the PC without taking it apart, drying it, and giving it a few days.

It's likely not conductive (depends what the exact formulation is). In any case, you'll likely need to disassemble and make sure everything is dry, but cleaning is likely not necessary like it would be if it was something with sugars.

Yeah completely different scenario if the alcohol was some cheap sugary schnapps.

Yup, I once destroyed a $140 keyboard by having it and a plate with Thanksgiving leftovers balanced on my laptop. Poured gravy right into the keys!

The Schnapps reference was from like 1988 or 1989 when we used to have MIDIMaze parties, about 12 of us got together regularly to link out Atari STs together with MIDI cables and play MIDIMaze. Some evil person brought in a big bottle of Peach and a big bottle of Peppermint schnapps... Hilarity ensued, one of the guys drank WAY too much of the Peach on an empty stomach - and threw up on his keyboard... That was the last time he came to one of the gatherings...
