would it run games like skyrim or the assassins creed franchise?

I would not buy that at any price.
The apevia psu is junk and should not be used.
The GT610 is not a gaming graphics card and is only slightly better than intel integrated graphics.


So is the Apevia case. That build is a huge ripoff. There's no way that a GT610 would run high end games like Assassin's Creed or Skyrim. No way.
 




Its a start i would buy it and play with it you can always change cpu. And gpus I just got me one dose fine i have changed out my cpu and gpu to a gtx 750 only have 700 bucks in hole computer and it out runs my brothers 1000$ computer
 


 
i bought that pc and i upgraded the mobo to the gigabyte 970a its a great pc and now i have an amd r9 270 in it and im killing all games highest settings most of the time in 1080p im upgrading the cpu to an 8350 soon. so yea if u go to the cybertronpc web site you can change parts on all their pc and get better parts im super happy with my pc and am glad i did it and for all those that say no they didnt buy one and most of them build their own so go with your own gut on this but like i said im happy and i got an after market cpu heatsink and fan for free on the build make sure to get the power and mobo upgraded tho trust me
