Question I forgot the SSD hard disk Password

Hi,
I have Crucial SSD 1 TB HardDisk Internal for my laptop.
I set in Bios ATA Password.
I now forgot my password.
is there any real software to crack or remove the password (without data lose)?
I heard that technicians using Serva software but I couldn't find it online.
Can anyone help please?
